Yes, serve it chilled. You can stick it in a fridge to chill it or use an ice bucket.

It is NOT Italy's version of Champagne; it is not made from the same grape varieties, and it is NOT made in the same method -- which is why it is cheaper and the bubbles are less persistent.

serve chilled just like any good sparkling wine like champagne. it is italy's version of champagne. Only champagne in france can be called champagne.

store it as you would any other good wine in a nice cool dark place that is around 54 degrees. chill in fridge before serving.
