It's a heat rash. It's from heat and friction.

I seriously doubt its an STD,these symptoms are nearly always confined to the genital tract and genital areas.
According to what u have described,it sounds like a bacterial/fungal infection ,it may not be due to friction alone cuz u wont feel itching n burning, only u would have felt the skin scaly thats all.
My verdict is that u may be suffering from an infection, maybe due to improper toilet habits, please rub in vaseline or any othet petroluem jelly based product to keep the skin supple until u pay a visit to a dermatologist, which u should at the earliest.
Dont go in for any over the counter chemical concoctions of creams n gels,it may worsen yr condition, and plz try to keep yr hand away from itching,an aspirin may also help by curbing the infection to some extent.
I wish ya a speedy recovery, infections heal quicky so dont ya worry pal!

It could just be an allergy to something. I get red welts appearing on my skin if I've been wearing clothing that digs in / is too tight. If you have antihistamine in the house take that to help with the itching and stick to wearing cotton clothes to help the skin breathe. A lukewarm shower or a bath might also help soothe the skin and apply a thin coating of antiseptic cream such as savlon afterwards.

If you are a bender it could be STD, otherwise it sounds like nappy rash.

Sounds like a fat rash to me. Just put A&D ointment on it before you go to bed and it will go away.
