Well when I was in college I ate maybe 3 times a week and was SKINNY. I was 4'10" and weighed about 100 pounds. I wore size 4 and 6 pants the whole time I was in college. Granted I used to walk around campus a lot but I also contribute my low weight to never eating. When I got married I ate dinner every night and plus ate during the day and packed on pounds FAST. Don't Eat.

unfortunately, if you're not willing to get physically active in SOME way, the weight is very unlikely to come off. you could make dietary lifestyle changes like restricting your calorie intake and focus on eating plenty of frutis and veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins (like chicken, turkey, and fish), but they will only get you so far. physical activity need to come itnoth e equation at some point, even if it's small changes like parking far away from the entrance to the mall or opting to take the stairs instead of the elevator/escalator. best of luck to you.

Eat alot of fruit and vegetables and try to go up and down stairs about a hundred times a day. The weight will fall off you! If you don't have stairs then just do alot of aerobics.

stop eating refined food. which means no refined sugar and no food contains refined flour. you will fell healty and loose weight.
