Unfortunately no. I was told it takes grafting tissue from other places in your mouth. You can slow it down with brushing more often and using a softer type toothbrush. Sonicare does help to discourage receeding gumline, but it cannot build the gumline back.

you cant reverse it but to prevent any more gum loss brush and floss your teeth at least 2 times a day. also rinse your mouth once a day with a anti bacterial mouth wash. if you don't do these things sooner or later you will get gingivitis and your teeth will eventually fall out. i know because that is whats happening to me and no matter what i do now, sooner or later i will be gumming my food.

There is a surgery called "deep clean". It is a pretty big deal, but in most cases it works. After recovery, you must be aggressive with brushing and regular oral hygiene. Unfortunately some of us have to pay more attention to our teeth than most people. I am one of them. It is a battle, but you can win.

yes there is. but in my professional opinion that depends on your case. deep scaling and root planing would help but if your recession exceeds 5 mm after treatment then a sofe tissue graft must be made , sometimes with a bone graft , too.

My friend actually had to get surgery for that. Where they used the flesh from the roof of his mouth and stitched it to his gums.
