You are talking about your shared files the more you downoad the higher that number will become!
the first display is the speed graph then
the number of downloaded files (what your talking about) then shows upload and download speed next of course

That is the number of files you are sharing. If I was you I would move them to a different folder such as your Documents folder as soon as you have downloaded a file because they can catch you by searching for a song you may have then browsing your Limewire folder, which is probably full of downloaded songs! This is also a way of stopping other users uploading from your computer, slowing down your internet.

I have Limewire, and I think it tells you if you hover your cursor over it. And if it's what I am thinking off it means how many files you are sharing (other people can get from you). I think on the options menu there is a choice whether you wish to share your folders or not.

LimeWire is 100% illegal and anyone who uses it doesn't respect the law or the artists and computer programers and film directors and actors who created the music, software and movies. It's no different than stealing a CD, DVD, program from a store! I encourage everyone to stop using it and start respecting the law, the music industry, the film industry and the software industry!

thats the number of files your sharing with other people, go to your library on limewire, select all, right click, and choose stop sharing files. thats how you caught is sharing files
