For the last few days I’ve felt a “fullness” in my ears and some general popping here and there. I don’t sense any liquid or object in either of them, but the sensation is in both ears but sometimes is more prevalent in my right. I would also say that the popping aspect is really minimal... mainly just a “full” “dull” feeling.

This morning I woke up rather relieved, it seemed gone. Then I stood up and there it was again!

Other than this I’m feeling generally fine. Any ideas on what this could be or what I can do?

Wax laying against your eardrum will affect your hear hearing, and so will sinus congestion.

I have the same thing, mostly during the wintertime though. It's most likely fluid behind your ear drums.

When you are laying down, the fluid drains into different parts of the ear and it feels like its gone, but when you stand up, the fluid presses on your eardrums. The popping sound and fullness you hear and feel is the fluid moving around when you are moving your head.

You really need to go to the doctor. They will give you some ear drops that have antibiotics in them, it'll "dry out" your ears.

Don't do what I did and ignore it. I got a really bad ear infection and the whole right side of my head hurt. :)

it could be an ear infection starting or wax build up in your ears. try getting one of those wax remover kits from a drugstore. if that doesn't help, maybe see a doctor to see if it's an infection of something else that could be affecting your hearing

try this, plug your nose with your fingers like you are going to jump in a swimming pool, close your mouth, and blow through your nose, don't allow the air to escape. You should hear a popping sound. This is air going into your ear canal.

sounds like fluid in your ears....you don't usually feel a sloshing sensation like one would think.....but rather fullness and sort of a "disconnected" feeling.

It sounds like you are getting an ear ache. worth getting it checked.

It could be fluid , but just in case ,have your blood pressure checked. Good luck.
