I have not heard this before and it does not all make sense to me. To me, certainties are Allah, Islam, angels, Heaven, Hell, Judgement Day, Prophets, Fate and Holy Books.

No, Dieing is the only thing a person actually has to do once they are born. Everything else is optional.
