your hormones are going up and down and you produce a lot of grease; that's the main reason why you get zits.
too much grease in one area causes a zit to grow.

to get rid of them, drink at least 8 glasses of water a day,
5 pieces of fruit and vegetable and
find a gentle face wash that you'll use morning and evening.

don't get one that's too harsh, you'll notice the damage.

also, get a wash designed for teens; a wash for menopausal women won't help you at all, for example.

Genetics. Some things to try:

1) Change your diet, eat less fats.

2) Reduce stress.

3) Keep your skin clean (what you're doing).

4) This is a last resort: get prescribed antiandrogens.

I have pimples pop up on my face from eating juck food so don't eat junk food! Chips, chocolate, french fries...those kind of junk food causes me to break out. My face is a lot better without eating any junk food. Good Luck.
