it annoys me because it'swrong!
you only go to heaven if you accept jc as your savior and repent!

Well, in that case, it annoys me that people think that God actually is that vain to need people to worship God. If God is all mighty and powerful, God doesn't need to be reminded consistently from us little peon beings that God is who God is. These desires to be worshiped are human traits and God is above and beyond all that. God is greater and bigger then simple human insecurities.

I don't believe in any afterlife, but when people think that you will go to heaven for being good and you will go to hell for being bad, I consider them as people who have a sense of justice and I consider their religion as one that deserves respect. When people say that you go to heaven for believing in Jesus and otherwise you go to hell, and it doesn't matter what kind of person you are, then I think these people are totally immoral, know nothing about the basic ideas of justice, and I don't have respect for a religion that teaches this. Fortunately not all Christians believe this, so I have a bit of respect for Christianity left.

Because if you're good, you feel good about yourself, so in fact, you are in "heaven" - if you are doing bad things, then chances are you, or those around you feel bad about you and that's like living in hell. Annoying? I guess if you are going to be perfectly selfish, it would seem like more fun to do anything you wanted with zero consequences, but isn't life about more than that?

Yes! It is so annoying! They don't know that even if they are good, and don't have a relationship with Christ Jesus, and believe in him, then they too will go to hell! There is only one way up. And that is Jesus. That is the decieving devil, right there. Making people think that. It's so sad when you hear people say that kind of thing. I just feel sorry for their hearts. I'm not sure many adults think it is that simple, but the main reason people believe the basics of this particular mythology is Mommy told them when they were very young. And her mommy told her when she was very young, etc.
Becomes a bit like the old witch that will get you if you don't behave. I became the old witch instead of fearing her.

they don't. they all believe they're going to heaven regardless of whether they're good or bad.
Murders on death row believe they're getting into heaven. hell is for other people.
It's quite amusing and desperately sad at the same time.
I find thinking that people should be TORTURED FOR ALL ETERNITY for not believing the same CRAP that you do rather sick and twisted. But I guess I just care more about my fellow man.

Where does Jesus say "Accept me as your Savior and Repent"? I don't think I've read that till Paul's writings.
