Airtight is the key....double bag them in ziplock bags, pushing all the air out before you close them. You can freeze them if you like, but since they are for tomorrow, there really isn't a need. I make CC cookies all the time, and I just keep them in an airtight container...they're good for many days then! A slice of bread in with them isn't a bad idea either!
Also, it helps if you don't over-bake them....take them out when they look like they'll be done in a minute (still a little bit light colored) and leave them on the cookie sheet for 2-5 minutes to keep baking. This works really well if you're making them on a baking stone.

I find that a large Zip Top Bag works great, or a Tupper ware container. If they start to dry out put a slice of fresh bread in with them

Keep in an air tight tin, or if you havn't got one just store in a plastic bag and when you want to eat them just re-heat in the oven to regain their crunch.

when you store them , put a slice of bread on a napkin, then set it in the container with the cookies. it keeps the cookies soft.

Let them cool completely and then put them in tupperware (or any generic version of that). Make sure they are cooled completely or they will end up grossly moist.

Well you could freeze them and take them out to defrost when you need them. They actually stay good for allot longer!
