i'm 18 year old guy, im 5'9 n i weigh 70 kg...

part of my body is thin but just my stomach isn't flat enough..

i just wonder that how i see people have a great flat stomach?

do they do the sit up regularly?

did it helps?

any other methods or advice?

cause i never do any sit up and all the exercise for my stomach..

real answer needed!!!

sit ups do really help; start with small number and start increasing them every 3 days; work hard and you will gain what you want; it is a long term thing to get really nice flat stomach, but it is worth it :)

You want a flat stomach but it must stick out a little bit because when you have a VERY flat stomach, you'll sit down and it will rip and you will go to hospital and there will blood and gore running out. Having a stomach sticking out is natural don't worry.

Keep your carbs complex (Whole grain bread, fresh fruit) and do crunches.

It wont happen overnight, but eventually the results will come. Good luck.
