Ok, im 148 pounds and 5'4, i want to diet and this is my menu adn workout plan, will it work, oh ya my goal is 120 pounds,

B-One orange and a cup of carrots
Glass of water
L-Medium saled with light dressing
Glass fo water
D-weat bread with fruit
and if im stilll hungrey, glasses is water

workout- half an hour a day (crunches,push ups, and walking)

You need more protein in your diet. Otherwise everything you lose will be muscle and hair.

You plan seems okay...but think of it this way...

Think of you body as a fire...if you put too much wood (or food) into it a once it takes longer for the fire (your body) to consume the wood (the food)..constantly putting small amounts of food into your body throughout the day makes it easier for the body to break it down an use it rather than store it (which may cause fat to develop)...so here's what you can do..

*drink lots of water whenever you want! apple juice and grapefruit juice are also good in portions.

*eat breakfast!! (most important...it can be small like you mentioned, but if you don't eat breakfast you will be more hungry later and want to eat more ALSO since you are up and active you body will burn it up)
*have a snack (yougert or cup of carrots) have this in between breakfast and lunch
*have a lunch (salad and light dressing...also throw in small pieces or chicken or eggs (your body needs protein to keep you strong and again you'll burn it off) if your a vegitarian you can find another source.
*have a snack again in between lunch and dinner
*have a light dinner (wheat bread and fruit is fine maybe make a sandwich!)
*small snack later if needed before going to bed (if you you eat a lot before going to bed..your body won't be able to burn it up since you are inactive)

if you follow this plan and excercise like you say that will be a safe and fun way to get to your goal! you don't need a diet program or a pill to get the results you want.

unhealty...if you don't take protein you most probably lose muscle not fat. One more thing is, this is too little. If you continue this diet some time later you will stop losing and even may gain weight. Because your body will think you cant find food so it will slow your metabolism. For example you should eat a porsionof meat for lunch (meat, fish or chicken), some cheese or skimmed milk for breakfast and some vegetables for dinner. Also water has no calories so you dant need to write it. You can eat cucumbers, an apple...for snacks

There's nothing good about what you're suggesting, hon. If you actually managed to stick to it for more than a week, you'd feel and look like crap.
If you want to do this properly, go and see your doctor or a dietician. They will help you work out a plan that is age-appropriate, effective, safe, and do-able.

Fruit only stays in the body for an hour, max, and veges aren't much better, so you'll be absolutely starving for most of the day.
Get professional help.

You most definitely need to add protein ( cottage cheese, lean beef, turkey burgers ) and fiber ( , veggies beans, nuts). Think of the old addage: Eat like a king at breakfast, a prince at lunch, and a poor man at dinner. On days when you cannot walk, use a jump rope indoors. I'd also add some weights. Good luck, and stick with your goal. It can happen.

Hon, that is a scary menu! What you should do is try the south beach diet. That one gives you a cookbook of what you can eat and then it makes you lose 10 poundes in about 3 weeks. You should google it and read all about it. It helps!

its not going to work unless you have the will of being anorexic because that is an anorexic person's menu. It's hard. You will only end up binging after like day 2.

Breakfast :add a glass of milk

lunch, add meat soup or baked chicken breast

snack:snacks are actually recommended, munch on fruits and veggies throughout the day

dinner: add meat like pork chops or chicken
