It's reasonable to assume someone will answer, but it's presumptuous to expect anyone to answer or not to answer.
And, if you're asking, I don't think it's annoying when people ask the same questions over and over. The questions keep coming so fast, I hardly ever get a chance to answer them (or even find them) the first time.

Deffinately. I know this because I have done it - I've asked a question and gotten only one, poor response. I asked it again and got many, varied and more informative responses. I'm thinking that depending on the time of day you ask it, different people are going to be online, and so you will get answered by other people.

The main thing we learn on Yahoo! Answers is that the world is filled with uncreative, unimaginative people who are convinced otherwise. Their deluded perception of their own self-importance as well as a sophomoric level of thinking results in their perceptions that their facile attempts represent some high degree of cognitive aptitude. Thank you for showing us a very clear example of this. Keep up the good work.

Sure. Try repeating it at different times of day, to get answers from different time zones.

Absolutely. There are so many questions out there and limited answerers at any given time of posting. Ask on!

I've been known to ask them several times in order to receive as many varied responses as I can. It certainly is reasonable to assume that.

well may be yes because its accourding to the person who answer the questions , he may be doing something during me asking it
that is why some people ask thier questions again if they didnt find the proper answer

No, but I think what some of it is, is a person asks a question and it doesn't come up and they ask it again... then they both come up. lol
