my thighs are so muscly and digusting!! the rest of my body is pretty fit but my thighs just keep get bigger and bigger, the more training i do the bigger they get. I've been jogging/walking/biking for the past 2-3months 6 days a week, aswell as small hand weights once a week for my upper body and total body toning once a week with no weights.. i've been working out so hard hoping to lose the fat off my legs and reduce the size of them.. all i want to do is be able to wear nice skirts and pretty dresses, will anything work for me?! im close to giving up with my fitness and healthy eating plan.. advice please :(

Instead of worrying about the size of your thighs, you should increase the amount of upper body workout. Building up your arms, back, shoulders, and chest will help give your body a more proportionate body. You've seen the guys at the gym that are all chest with no legs. Not pretty.

Also, I'm sure your thighs are fine. It sounds like you got the fat off, which is good. Replacing the fat is with muscle is even better because that muscle increases the calories you burn while resting.

Feel good about your sexy thighs.

the best way is hang ur legs on the wall 20minutes before u sleep,by this way u can make ur thighs become firmer and fit.U must bear in mind that by doing this,u will surely feel sore for the early stage but keep on doing this,i guarantee u'll get rid of ur problem.After a week,try to top up the time that u spend to do this exercise depending on ur stamina.Good luck!

hum mm, don't you know that most of the man prefers big thighs, i guess they find it sexy..i have big thighs too i always keep it as is cuz i got a lot of nice appreciation from both girls and guys. don't you worry about it too much just look how sexy it is when your wearing skirts i like wearing skirts for i found my legs very sexy... i don't really like girls who have very skinny thighs thats no sexy at all for it is all bones. lol no offense.....

Take regular diets daily or go exercise in a gym, Maybe.
