my thighs are so muscly and digusting!! the rest of my body is pretty fit but my thighs just keep get bigger and bigger, the more training i do the bigger they get. I've been jogging/walking/biking for the past 2-3months 6 days a week, aswell as small hand weights once a week for my upper body and total body toning once a week with no weights.. i've been working out so hard hoping to lose the fat off my legs and reduce the size of them.. all i want to do is be able to wear nice skirts and pretty dresses, will anything work for me?! im close to giving up with my fitness and healthy eating plan.. advice please :(
