we've been skyping for months... got into a long distance relationship... but then i broke up with him.. a big mistake because now i still can't forget him.. i think he's the first one i've ever really had feelings for.
i tried deleting him from my MSN because whenever he comes online i'll know it.. and i just stare at my MSN list...waiting for who-knows-what... , and eventually i added him back...

Yes, delete him. Time does heal all wounds. I had a guy I just couldn't let go of for reasons I still don't understand. Anyway, it will get better. Talk to a friend, but do find one that is understanding and won't just say to get over it.
Also, read the book, "He's Just Not That Into You". It will probably help.

You wont ever forget someone like that. The best way to get on with it is not speak to them because that will get it started all over again. Sounds like your first crush and you wont forget him but you will be able to move on. If he was so in love with you he would be chasing you right? Guys can move on easier than girls. We think diferently and as you get older you will see this very clearly.

theres more fish in the sea but its hardest to keep the fish when the reel is at the longest

long distance relationships almost never work, trust goes right the **** down due to the fact that you cant see them at all times, then paranoia happens but worst of all you guys miss each other way too much at way too long periods for a health relationship to actualy grow,

but keep talking to him
imagine he just dumped YOU and then you got the **** ignored, you dont know what you did do deserve that, dont delete him, make him kno that its not as bad as your making it

You may not forget him, but you do have to let him go. Delete him from you msn. Go on with life.

that takes time. A temproary solution a co-worker told me was, "the best way to get over someone, is to get under someone else." Although I wouldn't do that personally, I would just go out a lot with your clostest friends, and just keep busy.

Or the best option...go to work. Work Overtime, get a second job...keep busy.

You can't... the only way to gradually forget someone special is to find someone else more special, and also keep yourself busy.
