Of course it can, but if it contains sausage meat you do need to check that it hasnt been frozen and defrosted already. If it was frozen raw then cooked it will be ok to freeze!
If its just packet mixed, water added, cooked and then you have too much then there is no problem freezing it.
If its home made, so sausage meat, bread crumbs herbs, onions etc it can be frozen raw - providing the sausagemeat wasnt frozen before hand! Otherwise cook and freeze.
I always make loads of stuffing at Xmas and because I dont use it to stuff the turkey - I just cook separately, I freeze any spare and it becomes meat loaf later in the month.

Yes. I usually make up one portion packets with stuffing and turkey wrapped in aluminium foil and freeze them.

Yes we make stuffing balls and freeze them in a plastic container. When you need them you can take out as many as you want and cook them with you dinner......but make sure yo cook from frozen
