Forget the vegetable drinks, powders, etc - eat correctly and in porportions. And ofcourse, exercise and drink a lot of water. It's a lifestyle - there is no such thing as an "easy way out" . It's up to you to make the change and effort. Best of luck - you can do it and please by all means, do not fall into the shallow category of "Hollywood" - where you have to look a certain way and weigh a certain amount. Just be content with yourself and do it for your health. Happy Holidays.
Ps
this advice comes from a ex-bulimic person. good luck my friend!

Drinking juices does not make you thin. Exercise and a healthy diet will.
