I'm in the same boat as you so what I started doing is packing my lunch and little snacks so I won't be eating fast food so much. Try and eat 6 small meals a day. You could maybe pack some fruit (strawberry, pineapple, grapes, apple, kiwi..etc.) or some veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zuchini..etc.) with fat free dip. It always works for me and I don't feel like I've gained 10 lbs by the end of the day. Good luck! â¥

I would think that lifestyle in itself would be the easiest way; if you are so busy, chances are you are too busy to eat during the day, and too tired during the evening. Is there more to the story?

Try tae bo, it only takes about 20-40 minutes (depending on how fast you want to lose weight).

Right Diet.
Water Intake to keep you full, tea to provide energy boost, never too much sugar, control your eating, control your time.
Sleep. Walk to work, during weekends, exercise. Do your household chores, honestly it really works out.

you can still fufill a healthy diet in the morning and at lunch break get a salad and find time for excercise during the weekend

um working makes you lose weight but you could also eat healthy stuff while you are working.
