Primarily, when you're that age, you should be getting PLENTY of exercise. Ride your bike, roller skate, walk, run, join a volleyball team or soccer team. Don't eat the snacks! No mater how tempting it is! Don't do it! Eat healthy foods, drink plenty of water. I wish the very best, you can do it, do it for you!

Get help with an eating disorder therapist, eat healthy measured portions, exercise everyday, stop all sodas even diet sodas, drink only water, never eat McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Taco Bell or any fast food. No pizza, pasta, potatos, french fries, anything fried. No cake, pie, or ice cream. Absolutly NO CANDY. Green veggies and small portions of baked or broiled meats. You will have to keep at it and dedicate yourself to being fit. It will be difficult and emotionally painful at first but you can do it.
