why in AI AND IC not in other airline, air hostess are rude,old ugly and overweight.How they are selected,they all look married,they should be out from their job so other young people can get chance.I just wnt to know you people openions.

i am totally agreed with you, since 15 years I'm working in foreign and i have travelled in all international airlines and as well our domestic also.the way Mr Robert skinnier and e-s-p gave the answer i think they are relative of AI and IC staff.but dear friend when it came compression so i want to inform all of you that if you travel to gulf sector you will find that our own Indian airlines and Air India staff and Air hostess how they use to behave with our own people in economy class because mostly people are labourer that's why,you will find no cooperation from them and our national Carrier charges is also higher than other airlines,and as about comparison you will find that our AI and IC air hostess are over aged and married which they not suppose to as per airlines policy .how other airlines have got good hostess and other good crew member with good behaviour and even for other international airlines our own Indian young girls and boys are working good and why they cannot selected in our national Carrier instead of this old and rude lady.

If a person is good looking or not is in your head and it is something you have learned from other illiterate persons. It is a good example that you have no abilities to make up your own mind and decide by your self. You might be found of those Belsen-Saxenhousen brides with a BMI less than 18 with a quite empty head due to starvation.

You are right. I also agree with you. But certain destinations in India we have no other options to fly except this Ai and IC. Even private airlines in India are offering better service than these government owned “oldies”.
