first of all i am confused because i think no food item is having cholostrol instead they have fats which make cholos. if i am right than does it mean that 0% cholos mean 0% fat. pl advice whether these foods are safe for people with high B.P & high chlostrol level who are taking B.P medicines or these ads are misleading

Cholesterol is a substance that is necessary to stabilize the cell membranes in animals. Plants have starchy cell walls and therefore produce no cholesterol. Fats are completely different substances that are composed of glycerine (glycerol), a three carbon triol ( multiple alcohol) and either 1,2,or 3 fatty acid chains and are the body's way of storing energy.
The foods mentioned above are either all sugars and/or proteins, or they are strictly from plant sources because only animals produce cholesterol

I have high B.P and high chlostrol and take BP medicine and thy don't hurt me. But if you are trying to lose weight, as I am you need to cut way back on your fat intake and exercise.

Cholesterol only comes from animals so a food that has no cholesterol means that it is not made from animal products.
