I can't get wine yeast, and need to find a step by step process to fine the wine.

One person, in a previous Question, answered me this "You may try various clarifying options in your wine in order to remove the suspended yeast (the process is also called "fining"). You could try gelatin, isinglass, or bentonite."

I need more information to the part about fining with gelatin, since that product is available in the country I live in. Thanks.

Here's a nice dissertation on fining your wine. It covers all the bases from gelatin to all other possible options:

It tells you not only how to prepare it, but what it does and how it does it. Very informative.

You can simple "rack" the wine several times-the process by which wine is siphoned off settled wine into a new sterile container and allowed to settle again until the process is repeated-without having to use any additives. This works best for my home winemaking. Hope it helps you! Salut! :)

with the experience I've had, after your wine is finished, you let it set for 5 or 6 days,in a carboy with an airtite valve, then you syphon it in another clean carboy(big bottle),being careful to leave the sediment behind, then you add your gelatin, about 1/4 cup for 5 gallons,,top up the carboy with wine, install the valve, and leave it till it's clear, then filter it,,,happy new year.
