How long do you cook a pork loin per pound and at what temp?

I have two 4 pound pork loins. How long do I cook them per pound and at what oven temp.

i never go by pounds, i cook them for a hour and half, at 350 degrees,,, covering after it is browned, or else i stick it in a crock pot,,,, on high for about 4 hours,,,, i like all my meat very well done
