Can't download new 7.0.2 iTunes nor use 4.7 anymore...help!

Did you try searching in your Recycle Bin? Deleted files usually end up there.
You should do a full search (Click "Start" and under "Search" look for "iTunes*". See all the iTunes Files still on your Computer. The "Installer" Program of 4.74 should be still there. You can then re-install the Program.
You may be able to retrieve your old files - including the Downloads - unless they have gone for ever.
If you still meet with no success, download and install the latest iTunes7.
