Hey listen up dear...

U r just 14 and i think u shouldn't be worried about such things in such a young age ok...

You are just fine. Infact i think its perfect for u to become a professional swimmer.

So, don't worry and also tell ur parents not to worry ok..

And about ur eating problem, i think that u should eat less but,

THEY MUST BE NUTRIOUS ONES

Thats very important. See to that u eat lot of fruits like apples, oranges etc.. and also see to that u drink fruit juices so that u're nerves are flexible while u dive for a swim..

So, don't worry about these things and put urself down.

U start practising harder and try to win more competitions ok..

U'll definitely be successful and just remember to eat properly and especially healthy foods at the right time ok... Don't skip breakfasts..

Goodluck for ur other competitions. Wish u succeed and bring lorals to urself and make ur parents to realize that

THEY ARE PROUD OF U!

Takecare.

26 doesn't sound bad. Although I picture most swimmers with a bit of extra warmth. Just watch your calories and protein levels and make sure you get enough "Real" vegetables.

As an athlete you need to be conscious of the fact that you can burn quite a few more calories than other gals. Keep some extra whole grain bars to eat an hour before or after practice. on heavy work out days kick up the calories another 300

So many factors to consider. What does your doctor say?

If you are a competitive swimmer I know you have a killer appetite and eat....

I was a bean pole at 13, so bad the doctor had my mom feed me a teaspoon of some horrid iron concentrate.. didn't work. I finally gained weight after joining the Army.

My daughter is following in my footsteps. Parents sometimes worry too much and push the wrong things while only trying to help.

Talk with your family doctor, he/she is the professional.

Nope. That's an average, slim waistline. Most thin celebrities have a 25 inch waist. So 26 is no big deal. I'm sure you have a very attractive body. Calculate your BMI (on Yahoo! Health or some other place), and show your parents that you're not underweight.

i think of human beings could nicely be happy to have the opinion that they want. they could desire to have the skill to particular there opinion, and people who hear (which must be many human beings) ought to have an open techniques, and perhaps replace there opinion. some comments will possibly no longer grow to be something, despite the fact that it doesnt propose there valueless. despite if no one treasures your opinion, you ought to. Its what makes you who you're.

If you eat, you are fine. You just have a slimmer frame than most people. You are also young and growing, and active if you are swimming. Tell your parents they do not need to worry.
