what would you do if your maid of honour shows little interest and her dress is not bought or cloth is not bought to make it three days before the wedding ?

i would have a talk with her, to see if she really wants to be the maid of honor,,,,,, if she does, is she having problems being able to purchase the dress or cloth? does she feel like you should do that ( i mean pay for it) ? then i would go with her to make the selection,,,,,,,, otherwise, if she doesnt want to do it, find someone else quickly,,,,

If you want to invest the time it will take to resolve what her problem is, then do it right away. Otherwise, find a real friend who will put your interests first. This is a time for you and your partner, not for 'friends' who are having issues. It may be something simple like money, but I think you would have already known that if you're close enough to ask her to be your maid of honor. You deserve more.

You need to give her a little push--afterall she's your maid of honour and it is your wedding! Yu don't want you wedding ruined by that. talk to her and get it straightened out before it's too late--so you can have someone if need be.

It's your day why should she be so selfish to try and tell you what to get her. Tell her too bad.. besides it's kind of a tradition for the bridesmaids to wear what they think is rediculous...If she doesn't like it too bad, just remind her that if she were to get married and asked youto be her brides maid and to wear a clown suit you would do it for her because its her day...
