i'm working on a project on i photo, with music and effects already, i'm trying to convert it as quick time movie, and i'd like to add text (i'm preparing a text only document for it to attach); some of the transaction effects in the movie are really bad no fluenty at all....some suggestion to get better results with music, text and special effects too?

I think you can get better text results by using Keynote in iWork '06. I'm pretty sure you can then export your Keynote project to QuickTime.

Yup, or perhaps even try exporting it without text, then importing it into Keynote or iMovie and adding just the text effects there; that way you'll keep the Ken Burns effect if you've used it. Actually, wait, iMovie does that effect too, so you may be able to just export the project straight to iMovie (sorry, I haven't done anything like that in a while so I'm trying to remember), in which case the photos would still be separate in the timeline, and individually editable as such.
