Yeah. How early in the relationship is it? If it's early (like a few months to a year), this is common. I would suggest you spend time away from each other though. You don't want to get sick of each other nor do you want to be dependent on each other for companionship.

Well she could think that you might be having intrest in another girl so she is trying to be around you as much as possible. Or she might just be to clingy and you don't want to go out with clingy people trust me! Or she could just be happy she is with you and wants to spend all her time wit you!

of course its a good thing! it shows that they care about you & love you so much they just cant live wothout you! its a great thing. it also shows that they would rather spend time with you then anyone else :]
