According to your genetic make up, your oily skin is your normal skin. Therefore, learn to accept it.

However, by maintaining it clean and fresh will ensure that you don't have any problem with it.

Diet is the start. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid fatty and fried foods. Also don't forget to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Avoid carbonated beverages all together.

If your skin is oozing more than normal oily secretions, maybe it is better to check with your dermatologist and he/she will try to find out what the problem is and then prescribe a remedy for it.

Otherwise, avoid washing it with soap and use a soap free bar. You can also try to refresh it by soaking a soft cotton pad with warm green tea and wiping your skin with it.

Another advise is to have regular facials. You will be surprised how much dirt and oil build ups are there on your face.

Besides, look on the bright side. Oily skin doesn't age as quickly as normal or dry skin! ;)

Good Luck!
