Where abouts are you though? You should look up for a local one where you can get the equipments to.
On google, search for
used test equipment
I'm normally on the other end, i.e. a buyer of new/used equipment on behalf of my company. But I should think that all those used equipment vendors are possible buyers for your equipment.
