Weight loss is gradual and frustrating. Losing quickly causes gaining quickly, and it's not healthy. A balance of diet and moderate exercise is what you need to lose the weight and keep it off.

As an overweight person I would say Lipotrim which I got from my local pharmacy. I lost 7 stone in 5 months. However be warned it is very tough you can only eat or drink what they say you can - and it's expensive too - cost me €85 a week (approx $1.10). It's really fast for the first month but slows down a bit after that but it does work, which is certainly something you can't say about most 'cures'.

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor

exercise coz dat helps in reducing weight more efficiently as u can reduce your weight easily.
also the plus point is that the weight you have lost will not easily come back as in the case of crash dieting (or normal dieting)
