Firstly I am not your average Christian, Buddist, Wiccan, ect., ect. So my answer might not one you would expect from a question like this.
As for my answer; God has never killed anybody. Not the great flood, not Sodem and Gamora, none of it. See the truth is the Churches added God to these things in order to make people fear him/her. Yes the great flood happened and so forth and I'll explain a few of these tragic events.
First we will go with Moses. God talked to Moses and explained some of the hidden magics in this World. Moses used these magics no unleash horrible things including the last curse which he gave the power to the pharoah to cast. The proof of this is actually still in the Bible. Moses was not allowed to go into the promiced land because he upset God.
Now we will go to the great flood. As you have seen today weather can get out of hand from time and time again. So it is possible for that to have happened. Even science has shown the great flood to have happened; however not by God. So how was it that Noah knew to build an arc and nobody else did. Sounds a little strange doesn't it. I'm sorry, but as soon as the water gets a little to high I will start building something to keep me over the water wouldn't you?
Now that we got over that Noah most likely wasn't the only surviver of the great flood now we move onto the Arc. God does talk to us if we listen to him. And God again asked a man to do something for him by building this great Arc. Now for some other food for thought. How long do you think it would take you to build a big enough ship that could support 2 of every species in the World? In other words I am saying he got help.
Now that we got over a couple of the Bible's screw ups I have one last tidbit to say.
Even though God has never killed anybody I wouldn't fault him/her for anything. Think about it; The Governments of the World kill people every day for the sake of peace. What makes the Governments of the World greater then The one true government.
I know you are probably an athiest and I have nothing against you if you are (and niether does my God). I am just answering you question to the best of my abilities with my own beliefs.

Depends.
The victims of the alleged smiting were in a foreign jurisdiction. What were the laws of said jurisdiction? Is there a statute of limitations on smiting, and has it elapsed?
Serving the defendant with a summons presents difficulties. He claims to exist in all places, yet is not seen. Presumably, a process server could simply hold up the document and say "consider yourself served, Lord." A judge would probably want firmer proof of service.
Assuming a friendly judge signed off on the summons being effectively served, the next hurdle is proving jurisdiction.
In order for a court to have in personam jurisdiction over a defendant, such defendant must usually be inside the borders of the court's jurisdiction. As stated above, the God, is on record as claiming to be everywhere. A court might take judicial notice of God's statement and rule that jurisdiction exists.
Testimony may prove problematic, as witnesses must swear or affirm. Affirmation has obvious pitfalls, given who we're dealing with. Swearing does too, since the whole point of it is to get the witness to promise in the name of his higher power to tell the truth. God's attorneys may recommend that he not take the stand, however.
Keep in mind that God probably won't have direct access to top-flight legal talent, as most deceased attorneys are in the custody of his pitchfork-wielding competitor "downstairs." I'm sure they'd work something out in professional courtesy, however. If not, I'm sure God's credit is acceptable to most major criminal defense firms.

My dear Boy: You are too literal in your thinking. Nothing is taken as it is, everything is left open to interpretation. Only in science do we find empirical evidence that what is before us is a certainty. Now this bible thing, I don't know what to say about it. It's kinda old and out of date and it hasn't changed with the times so I pretty much question it all. Take killing for instance. If someone is breaking into my house and I fear for my pathetic existence then I'm going to pull out my .45 and blow his head off. Or her head off. That is justified by God and therefore it is not wrong. However, if I pull out my.45 and accidentally blow my kneecap off, that is wrong and mommy will send me to bed with an unloaded barrel. And if you have ever gone to bed without a load, you know what I mean. The fact that you haven't killed anyone is non-evidence. It could be that you are scared to death of picking up a 'piece,' because you are just a chicken kind of guy. Like, if a dude is coming straight toward you with an evil look and you feel scared for your pathetic self, you won't pull out your sawed-off and blow him out of his tight, clinging, bulging pants but you probably will give him mouth to mouth whether he needs it or not.
So, I am sorry to tell you that you are not better than me.

The first word for God in the Bible is Elohim, which means more than one god. The same is true of the
We in the Quran.
The god we don't understand is the Powers and Principalities. They are not all bad, and are Gods
government in the spirit world.
They do Gods will in that God lets them be in power. But
they don't do Gods will in that God gives commands for everything.
The Bible says God will punish the Hosts of Heaven too.
So not everything they do is righteous in the eyes of
God.

If "god" did exist I would hope that he would be arrested and punished severely for many, many crimes against humanity and promoting others to do it in the "bible".
I agree with the others that we are all better than "god" especially if we have not killed others.
But as "god" is not real, then the church leaders who also promote these lies need to be arrested and held accountable for these crimes.

reason for killing ? is it to remove evil and falsehoodness for the benefit of whole mankind or for self or worldy benefits? THE HOLY QURAN answers all of your questions - read it with open mind and real interest to understand it.
if part of body effected by cancer, and not been removed in time, it spreads whole body and takes the life itself. Similarly if evil forces not been killed within time, they will destroy the basic human life and will cause great loss for whole humanity

He would have a bit of explaining to do , THAT'S for sure- working in mysterious ways, keeping himself hidden, and ignoring prayers for a start.
Plus for allowing millions of inncent children to be beaten, raped, starved and tortured over thousands of millions of years.
And those world wars- they were all down to HIM don't forget. He made them happen.
Yep, GOD has been a little bit negligent, when you think about it.

Absolutely!
He's a disgusting war criminal. He needs to be arrested for genocide, killing of children, animal species - He has no defence.
Send him to the arab lands and maybe they'd cut His head off.
Ps. Of COURSE you're better than God. Anyone is. He's an evil monster. Its all there in the bible.
