I had a CMV Igg + with rate of 267 last Aug. how to decrease the Igg count specially that symptoms are there?

I had a CMV Igg of 267 last Aug, it went up to 346 in Novemeber than down to 288 in Dec. Does this mean that the visrus is still active in the body and how to decrease the antibodies specially that I have a lot of symptoms which still persist.

I am not sure I would imagine the best person to ask is your doctor. If your doctor will not give you clear answers, get a doctor who will. I have posted a few links that might help.
