Unless you're into making "Foo-Foo" wings, the recipe is pretty basic.
Start with melted butter and your favorite Hot Sauce, and a squeeze of fresh lemon, then start adding to it until you get the heat you want. You can start adding red pepper, cumin, etc.
I make the kind that hit you when you're not looking. :) Start out tasting just a little warm, then it sneaks up on ya and you start sweating like a hose was turned on you!

Try the Pretzel Coating.
Get a bag of pretzels and process it in the food processor until it becomes crumbly. Don't over do it or you will end up with bread crumbs.
Marinate your chicken wings in terriaki sauce over night. Coat them in flour. Dip them in beaten eggs. Coat them with the pretzel crumbs and fry.
Enjoy!

Check out Steven Raichlen's website. It has some really good recipes for wings. We just tried the "Buffa-Que Wings" last week. They were fantastic!
