I'm making white chocolate covered pretzels, and my sauce is more yellow than white. Is there anything I can add to it that won't change the taste too much, but will make it look whiter?

Not really. The best thing is to use a good quality (and unfortunately outrageously expensive) white chocolate. Valrhona for example. It still has a yellow tinge though. It is made from cocoa butter so there will always be that tint. REALLY white chocolate is made from many chemicals so I wouldn't stress about it.

Have you tried Food Coloring...won't change the taste, just the appearance (Not sure if they make food coloring in pure white though).

How about a little half and half??
