My daughter has had her learner's permit for 3 1/2 years. It will expire this year and she has not gotten her driver's liscense. Can you renew your learner's permit in the state of Virginia?

Yes, but after this amount of time, isn't she ready to take the test and get her license before it expires? If not...well maybe she doesn't want to drive.
