Genetically there's a difference. On average you share about 50% of your genes with your siblings. 1st cousins have much less in common, lower then 25%. I should however add that repeated inbreeding increases the genetic similarities between cousins and the likely hood of deformity among their infants.

It isn't only Muhammed that allowed this, it's happened in all forms of religion. I've seen kissin cousins get married nowadays it doesn't matter how closely related you are it's still allowed.

because it was ok at the time. Evidentally what is right and wrong changes through time. Clearly that is a not acceptable universal law. But god changes his mind on right and wrong i guess... I didnt know he could change like that, but he can.
