You need to go to see a doctor. Don't wait for more posts here. It might be just cramps but abdominal pain can be the sign of something very serious and you don't want to find out what the hard way.

Could be many things, from something you ate that didn't agree with you to appendicitis. Could be gas pain, could be food poisoning, you could have strained something earlier. Go and sit on the toilet for a while if it feels like you could be in for something messy. It could be muscle spasms or cramps. If you are a girl (?) it could be many other things. Take some paracetamol and if it doesn't subside or gets unbearably worse, go see a doctor.

This could be as simple as gas pains, or as serious as appendicitis or gallbladder disease. If you are in pain and it doesn't stop soon, please go to a hospital emergency room or call your personal physician. Don't take chances with your health!
