Sure.
The sentence came from human law. Many people are wrongly convicted by courts. God's forgiveness is infinite for all our sins no matter how grave it is. All we do is to trust His mercy and grace. God's Blessings are not only for the righteous. It is for all. God send the rains, sunshine and his WORD for all. Therefore we should share our blessings of being free to those who are not. Saying 'God Bless' to them will mean a lot and also to you. Forgiving others... brings divinity and peace to the soul.

I would bless the people who gave him the death sentence as I believe God does not take kindly to people doing his job.

- Its not so much of what they've done, its where they are at spiritually, Jesus foregives, & so should we, however if you know'em & that persion is straight Evil & likes it that way, then you could even throw, May the LORD correct you, Forgive you, Cleanse you, Restore you. Lastly, scripture does say, not to throw pearls before swine, although I asure you that GOD does love the persion.

Yes. In fact when Jesus described the kind of person who gets into heaven, visiting the prisoners was one of the things they did.
