2nd try to find the most same as the 1 in ur mind
3rd if there's a deffirence in shape u can cover what u hate by his nice charachter
and if there's a deffirence in his charachter u can discuss this mattter with him by telling him what u like or dislike and let him to try to change his charachter if he can to the one u'd like
