such a device is currently illegal for a civilan to posess. I reccomend Karate, Ju-Jitsu, Boxing, as better self defence methods as they are weapons that are built into your daily habits and cannot be taken from then used against you in a street fight. taser's, mace canister's, guns, knives, knuckle dusters, can be taken from you by any average street bum that fights on a semi-regular basis, as such any weapon's that are not built into yourself become a potential hazard to yourself not just whoever attacks you keep this in mind the next time you go weapons shopping.

That may well be illegal it would be assault and it would also be classed as a danger to public safety. You would also need to carry a warning sign at all times.
