the gossip seems to be deeper than ever before this year. and people seem to have lost their minds. and they ask me for advice, who am i? okay, i'm more than willing to offer opinion, but i'm starting to think that the whole world has gone mad! is anyone out there seeing the same thing i am here?

I lost my mind a long time ago and haven't seen it since. If you do happen to run across it, could you please give it back to me? ;-)
One thing I've learned is that "common sense" is not so common anymore. If people are asking you for advice, obviously, they genuinely respect your opinion. You should take that as a compliment that people are willing to come to you with their problems because they know that at the end of the day you will give them good advice.
I spend most of my time here at Yahoo! Answers in the singles and dating category. Do you know how much actual experience I have in this area? Not much, but I have a lot of common sense and I am able to offer good advice (I hope) because of it. Given my accumulated points so far, at least some people seem to agree with the idea.
But yes, the whole world has gone mad. Thats a completely seperate problem, though.

Oh yes---but you need to worry about yourself and be happy---get away from the negative types---you are wasting valuable time--find a hobby or a job to fill the voids in your life that are filled with losers and negative people.
