it is easy to say that u should practice
but that answer is helpless.............
u should know how to practice......
if u r a student try to summerise some of ur chapters in a good handwriting
if u r a clerk try to document some of ur work in a fine way
and best of all try to write ur memories or a memo everyday in a good looking note book

Practice.
Find a handwriting style you like and then practice. My writing always used to be bad, but now it is decent because I have done lots of it.
The best way is to pick a book and copy a couple of paragraphs. Don't worry about speed, focus on accuracy of the strokes of your handwriting and the speed will come.
