You Can lose 50lbs in 2 months. You need to cut way, way back on fats, eat veggies, even potatoes and yams. Drink a lot of water and exercise EVERY day. Use butter buds or molly mcbutter instead of butter. Read labels and find foods with o grams fat. I have been on a diet for about 3 1/2 weeks and have lost 24 lbs. I AM not unhealthy. My chlorstol level has dropped, my blood pressure has dropped and so has my sugar level.
You just have to work at it. Calories don't necessarily matter. Good Luck

I guess it is possible but its really bad for you to lose that much weight and would consist of you eating nothing but celery and working your **** off at the gym which would ultimately make you pass out or worse!!! Im trying to lose 3-5lbs a week which is what I think you should aim off. Have a balanced diet of loads of fruit and veg, chicken and drink loads of water and coffee. Cut out ALL bread pasta potatoes salt and sugar and make sure you exercise at least 30 mins of cardio (when your heart really pumps and your sweating) a day if not more! Good luck x

Even if you ate nothing I don't think it's possible besides losing that amount of weight in 2 months is unhealthy and dangerous.

Don't make an unrealistic target, I have about 40 pounds to loose but my taget is to loose them in 5 months ( i hope)
