no, your visit visa is valid for sixty days from the time it is stamped. you need to exit before or on the day your visa expires- that is the law and stands to reason- you may not stay in the country for any longer than the visa allows. if you comply with all the rules and regulations you can return to the United Arab Emirates in the time it takes to process a new visit visa, purchase a new air ticket and fly back to Dubai or Abu Dhabi. the same may not apply though if your visa has expired and then you try to leave the country, firstly you must pay a fine and secondly there may be some punitive action-like a 30 day ban- but you fail to specify this in your question. for absolute peace of mind contact the immigration office in Bur Dubai, Dubai, UAE.

No, there is no ban.

The actual number of days allowed to stay for visit visa holders are sixty days from the date of entry to UAE. It can be extended further thirty days more. If you failed to exit within the above specified days, the authorities will charge you fine at the time of departure. Once you settled the fine, there is no ban, you can re-enter on the next day. But you can not able to obtain another visit visa while you are in UAE on visit.

I hope the above points will clarify your doubt.

Good luck.
