I once had a recipe for a dairy and wheat free cake. It contained approx 200g ground almonds, 200g caster sugar, 6 eggs and the icing sugar. unfortuneately I lost it and cant remember if the sugar goes with the egg yolk or the white and vice versa with the sugar?
Also how long do I have do bake it again?

I would say that you would beat the egg yolks and sugar until stiff, add the almonds, beat the egg whites until soft peaks and then fold them in. cant remember times, havent made one like that before, usually chocolate cakes but try it after 30 minutes with a skewer in the centre. look for sponge cake recipe to get an idea which is what they say 30 to 40 minutes.

If she will have eggs, i desire to propose Duncan Hines chocolate cake mixture. scrumptious, and dairy loose. based on your question, however, it looks like eggs in all probability are not a good theory. My husband is a vegan so when I bake, i do no longer use eggs or dairy. this is a chocolate cake recipe that i admire! a million a million/2 cups flour a million cup sugar 2/3 cup cocoa powder a million tsp baking soda a million a million/2 tsp vanilla a million/2 cup oil a million cup chilly water mixture all aspects at the same time, pour right into a pan (i've got used large, rectangle ones, or 2 8 inch circle ones) and bake for 20-30 min at 375. For frosting, i exploit Duncan Hines or Pillsbury frosting in a can. there's no dairy (or eggs) in it, despite the fact that it grew to become into processed on equipment that made dairy products. My husband, as a vegan, is happy with that, yet i'm undecided if your daughter is allowed any "an infection". good good fortune! :)
