SMILE. Make eye contact. Start with small talk. You can try some comment, nice and light, about clothes and environment. (As in, what do you think of the music?). Remember its WHAT you say but more importantly HOW you say it. Also, don't ask yes/no questions. Open-ended. Show interest in the answer and follow up.

ask what she is doing, and some other general questions, then guve her some compliments, then give her your number to her and ask to call,
if she calls then there is no problem at all
if she refuse to call -- say that you have no problem in calling her, and ask for number,
if she gives -- its now yours , you can call her.
if she doesn't , then there is no chance,
