You could have a lactose intolerance (lactose is a part of milk based products) - that could be causing you to have your bowel problems. This is a common problem.
There are lactose pills that some people find effective. If you take them when you eat a lactose based product they can counter act what happens. Your other option is to steer away from milk based products.... but.... you have to make sure that you supplement your diet with the vitamins and minerals that you will be missing - calcium, vitamin D.
You do need your calcium for strong bones! You are young and still growing and even into our older years our bones need calcum (which we get from various sources in our diet).

No, but you do need to be sure you get enough sunshine directly on your skin to produce vitamin D. Many teens are deficient in D, and this can cause all sorts of problems. Vitamin D is added to milk to insure that people get enough D, because a lack of it causes rickets, depression, osteoporosis and other things.
At 16, your brain and body are still developing. This is your chance to be sure both are built as good as they can be. Brains don't finish growing until about age 23 for men, age 20 for women. You are what you eat, so if you eat junk...you get the idea.

You may be "lactose intolerant", and don't digest milk well. It's not uncommon, and your intution on this is a good guide. Stop drinking milk and see what happens. There are dietary aids to take that will help digest milk, if that is the problem.

Milk is totally an unnecessary and most probably unhealthy addition to anyone's diet, be they a child or an adult. Cow's milk (to be completely frank about what we are talking about here) is high in both cholesterol and saturated fat. Most adults are lactose intolerant (we lack certain enzymes to break it down sufficently) especially non-Northern Europeans. In addition, modern milk is produced in factory "farms" (look up the term, truly horrible) where cows are injected with a synthetic hormone called rBGH which is has been banned in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan and recommended against in the European Union. This hormone has been linked to various cancers including prostate and breast cancer.

There is a ton more information out there about the negative health effects of cow's milk. Read up, avoid the Dairy Industry's marketing/pseudo-science and be healthy.

Think about it, what other animal do you know of that drinks another animal's milk with the regularity that humans drink cows'? Wouldn't you think it bizarre if a woman was breastfeeding a gerbil? Something to think about.

It can be another problem but I don't think that milk can make anyone go toilet too much. You should go to a doctor and he can make out what's your problem.I can only say that you should continue to drink milk.

Milk is very essential. It contains calcium, magnesium, and Vitamins as well. If you are to eliminate this from your diet, you will have to substitute them with either nutritional tablets or drinking other substitutes eg. soy milk.
