Yes you are correcto mundo, sex and drugs. They were shooting them up with drugs for many reasons of experiment for years, steroids for muscles and they experimented on them the cruel ways the Nazis did when it came to impudent, and women the same. They felt that sex was a very powerful drug and that they could control the people that way as well. They made prostitutes out of many women in the communist government for purpose of pleasure for the soldiers and for the KGB. Like the Jame Bond film, From Russia with Love. But they think of sex as an animal instinct and there is no love involved. If you get a chance look up on line the book written from a Russian, "Cement". This was an experiment on Couples. You will see what you are saying is true. They wish to destroy all religion and make us into slaves, robots, etc., these atheists in that realm are very evil. By the way it is
G-D and Love that they are attacking they have caused many manipulative moves to create wars, everywhere, because they are haters of Love and to Love God is worse, because they cant break your spirit and that is what they want. So dont expect them to change, they purposely want us to fail only to worship what they believe in and that is Satanic.

How could atheism be "the cause" of crime in these countries? That is patent nonsense.
Even if it were possible for belief (or the lack thereof) to be the source of said crime, the USSR and former Soviet states are - since the fall of the empire - some of the most religious in the world.

Sorry, you lost me. How is Atheism to blame for the Communist oppression? Stalin was an Atheist, I'll grant you that. Like Carl Sagan and Bill Gates. But how are these people otherwise connected? What kept people under oppression was Communism/Stalininsm/Fascism etc, not Atheism.
The Orthodox Church in Russia at that time was a tool for the Emperor to keep the population in line. Atheism meant liberation from that control, which is great, except the Communists replaced it with even tighter control and a religious belief in Lenin/Stalin's ideas.

Because this is the wrong way to look at history. Atheism in Russia and in other parts of the world hasn't been the cause of what happened, but rather a tool manipulated. The leaders of communist states would endorse Atheism simply because they didn't want anyone but themselves having control over the people. Either way, those people in Russia were victims of a minority in power.
In the religious world this is different though. In the middle we have a war over "holy land" (palestine/israel). Historically we had the crusades. I could name more religiously motivated wars, but that is of no use.
Edit: I don't know where you get the idea that focusing them on sex was even something that existed all together. As for turning children away from god, that is the truth, but again it goes to political reasons rather than historical.

I don't think atheism is/was the cause of crime in Russia. The basic have and have not rule applies. One does not need to be a theist to have morals or be honest and the list of immoral and dishonest religious fold is endless. While most religions teach morality and honesty and piety it does not guarantee it. You are using false logic, you know, Russia is an atheist country, there are many criminals in Russia, therefore atheism causes crime. It begs the immediate question as to why the jails in Europe, and the Americas are so full. We even have churches in our prisons. You might wish to rethink your theory.

Because the link between the two is not necessarily obvious to everyone. In fact, most atheists blame religion for wars, bloodshed etc. In fact, atheistic regimes (think Pol Pot, Stalin, Mao) have been the cause of more death than all religious persecution combined! Pol Pot killed 2 million of his own people. Stalin - 30 million. Mao - 65 million.
People need to be confronted with the figures if they are to let go of the idealistic nature of atheism.

Some People selecte some form of religion, movement or faith to fulfill thier quest on some thing.
Atheism is one among, people select to follow to show their freedom in thinking or fulfill their anger and resentment towards other fellow men in form of their belief.
there are some other religion that support vengence, arrogance, hatred etc. Atheism one among so they don't want to look at their weaker side.

I wonder why these theist vs. atheist debates just go on and on - seems to demonstrate a lack of spiritual understanding.
Good Luck!!!
