Im Brazilian citizen and just got a 5 years tourist visa. I intend to spend 2 weeks in the US with my american boyfriend and them return to Japan, where I live and work. But in May I would like to go to America again and stay for 3 months. What should I say to the officer to prove that I have no intentions to overstay my visa? The fact that I have a American boyfriend can make they think I will overstay?

Why should they care if you're gay? It's a FREE COUNTRY!! And just tell them? I don't know but usually it's all just a matter of trust, they really shouldn't pursue your case any further unless they suspect you of some crime or something.

The question was "What should I say to the Officer when I get to the States..."

Hmmmm how about "Hello Sir :-) "... or "Hello Ma'am,"
